On the wedding day, I was unusually calm and could simply consume myself in the precious moments because I knew that Kelli and Ashley were taking care of everything! I just wanted you to know what a great job you did
last weekend with the Hansen wedding. As one that is very prone to getting stressed-out easily, I had a lot on my mind about being the best man....(yeah, I'm somewhat of a worrier). All your work and coordination helped me relax and enjoy the day. Thanks for making sure I was in the right places at the right times. Anyone I know who needs an event planner will hear recommendations for you. Thank you so much for all you did to make our dreams come true. From our very first meeting, we felt everyone at Red Door Event truly understood our vision and could bring our split personality wedding to life. We were right. You did that and allowed us to enjoy the planning process without suffering a nervous breakdown.
Each detail of our simple outdoor ceremony from the gorgeous fall bouquets to the string trio was amazing. And the reception…well you took our ideas for a costume party and created a spectacular “Addams Family meets the Tales from the Crypt” reception I don’t think anyone will ever forget!

Our first meeting really pumped us up for our big day while bringing our stress level down considerably. It was incredible to see your thoughts and ideas unfold before us. At that point we knew we were in good hands. Each consultation meeting really put us at ease especially with your attention to EVERY detail. You captured our wishes and embellished them beyond our highest hopes.
The hundreds of candles at the church (even on the highest of rails), to the remembrance / guest book table, the entrance at the reception, the absolutely glowing table decorations and finally, the clean-up – we were blown away by it all! Most of all – we were taken aback by how amazing the flowers turned out – and completely enamored that you were able to get my favorite out of season flower to add a special touch to my bouquet. Thank you isn’t enough.
We never imagined we would enjoy our wedding flowers as much as we did. We loved the spice and art detailing with the copper wiring and fiddle head ferns! We have received many compliments on how much our guests enjoyed not only the flowers, but the entire decorating scheme and attention to detail months after the wedding.

My fiance and I had the best time working with Kelli and Ashley.
I first met with Kelli, and after a few minutes she understood exactly what I wanted -- without me really knowing! During the wedding we got LOADS of compliments on how much everything tied together, and I attribute all of that to Kelli and Ashley. We also had a fairly nontraditional, outdoor Jewish ceremony. Without their input, help and direction, I know it would not have gone as well. They really went above and beyond for us time and time again and never settled for "just good enough."
At the last minute, my 85-year-old grandmother fell ill and couldn't make it to ceremony. Kelli checked on her in her hotel room throughout the night so we could enjoy the reception and know that she was safe. It's those little things that set Red Door apart from all others. I couldn't give a more ringing endorsement.

Red Door Event and Design was a delight to work with;
they took over all the little details of our wedding so that my family and I could enjoy ourselves, both during the planning phase and on the actual wedding day. Ashley was very accommodating to our schedules and clearly knew a great deal about all of the venues and vendors in the area. Her contacts with local businesses gave us an edge in the planning process. She made all of our little requests possible, going above and beyond to make everything exactly how we wanted it. She also helped us stay within our budget while not compromising quality.
The flowers, which Red Door put together, were especially elegant and original. Going into it, I knew that Red Door was responsible for some of the nicest floral arrangements I'd ever seen, and they didn't fail to impress at my wedding! The whole time we worked together, Ashley understood what we were looking for, sometimes before we even knew, and delivered a product that went beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend Red Door to anyone who needs an event planner or wedding coordinator!

I couldn't hold back tears
when I arrived at our wedding site. Words cannot describe how it felt to see our passion and love communicated through beautiful shades of green and cotton candy pink, constructed with the precision and delicacy of true artists. The Red Door Event & Design embraced our ideas and desire to be unique. Every arrangement was different from the next-gently contained by old mason jars and wooden boxes made from reclaimed barn wood. Deconstructed bells of Ireland, antique green hydrangeas, juliette roses and light pink dahlias along with tiny white pumpkins, gourds, old mason jars, antique milk crates, and rusty barbed wire flooded an old red bard that absolutely took your breath away. For us, Red Door Event & Design were not just on our list of vendors; they were like old friends from the moment we met. We were inspired by them and are truly thankful.

Tristan and I originally hired Red Door Event and Design
because we were looking for someone to be a “traffic cop” on the day of our wedding so that and our families would not have to worry about decorating etc. and could just enjoy the day.
After our first meeting we both knew immediately that there was no need to look any further, we had found someone we trusted, someone who saw the vision of what we wanted our wedding to be and someone who was just as excited about it as we were. The staff proved to be a constant resource for finding vendors, keeping us on track and fleshing out the thousands of ideas we had running through our heads! It really was as simple as saying “I want it to look like this” and they said “we can do that!” Some have asked us how we could give up control of the biggest day of our lives, but that’s just it….we didn’t! Those that worked with us made sure that our day was our vision and had our personality incorporated into every aspect. In fact, the comment we get the most is how amazing the attention to detail was—right down to straightening my train before I started down the aisle—and how “us” the wedding was. We attribute as much of that to Red Door as we do to ourselves!
One of the best things about hiring Red Door was our ability to focus on ourselves, our families and having fun, while they took care of the details. We weren’t faced with the dual duties of organizing and running the day plus trying to be the bride and groom. They dealt with problems, vendor arrivals, set up, tear down and kept us and our families happy all throughout the day. We even turned our parents –who at first didn’t think we needed wedding coordinators – into believers! It seriously was the best investment we made and looking back on it we are very happy with our decision.
We now know that they are much, much, much more than “traffic cops.” Our day would not have been the same without the thought, caring, time and energy put in by all the staff at Red Door and we are forever grateful to have had the chance to work with them. We now tell every couple we know who is planning their wedding to hire a coordinator and we definitely cannot recommend Red Door enough.

Wow! Red Door Event made my wedding day an absolute dream.
I remember when I first met with Kelli and Ashley and they told me that their belief is to take every bride's "dream wedding" and make it a reality that fits within her budget. Well, they truly live by and deliver based on these beliefs. Not only were they willing to work within our budget, they also provided creative ways to make sure that my flowers and decorations were absolutely perfect. From the bridal bouquet to the reception decor, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure it was my "dream wedding". Had I known about the services that they offered prior to planning my wedding, I would have had them plan my entire wedding. They truly know how to make a bride's dream come true.

From the first day I met you, I knew you understood what kind of a wedding I was looking for. Listening to your ideas was the first time I could truly visualize how my wedding day may look. I really don't even know where to begin.
I am still in awe when I look at pictures. I smile so big because of how amazing the flowers and décor were. At one point during the day, my mom asked me what my favorite thing was.
